This Morning: 173.8 lbs/78.8 kgs
So far I’ve lost 3.8 lbs/ 1.7 kgs in 4 days! And I actually worked out today. I always forget how much better I feel after a good workout.
Not gonna lie, it was kinda difficult. Then again, I haven’t regularly worked out in a month or two.
- 16 oz. Butternut Squash, Tomato and Potato Soup
- 1 dinner roll
- 16 oz. Mocha Latte
- +2 large cups of spearmint tea
- +90 oz. Water
No sweets today! I was so tempted to make a grilled cheese. I think the worst of the cravings have been for bread or pasta. But I didn’t do too bad.
Unfortunately, my period is going to start pretty soon so that means bloating (i.e. weight gain). But I’ll still be posting my intake.
Has anyone else been seen any weight loss this week?
